Founded in 2021, Shenzhen Gelvsim Hardware & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is a custom sheet metal fabrication and metal stamping supplier located in Baolong Subdistrict, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China. We operate a 2,500 m² factory with 45 employees, equipped with press brakes, fiber laser cutters and a full range of power presses for high-precision, multi-variety production.

Yes. OEM and ODM orders are our main business. We manufacture custom sheet metal parts and stamped components strictly to your drawings or samples, and we can quote in English and prepare export shipping documents for international buyers.
2D drawings (PDF or DWG/DXF) plus a 3D model (STEP or IGES) give the fastest and most accurate quote. Please also tell us material, sheet thickness, surface finish, order quantity and target delivery date.
It depends on the part size and the process — a laser-cut and bent bracket has very different economics from a stamped part that needs a die. Send your drawing and quantity and we will confirm the practical minimum for your specific part rather than quoting a blanket number.
We reply to new inquiries within one business day. The quotation includes unit price, tooling cost if any, and an estimated production lead time based on the process and quantity involved.
Factory visits and third-party audits are welcome. We are located in Baolong Subdistrict, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China, and can arrange a video walk-through of the workshop and equipment if you cannot travel.
